Birden J. Lawson was born on May 30, 1948. His home of record is Newark, NJ.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Corporal (CPL). He served an Infantryman in D Company, 3rd BN, 187th Infantry, 101st ABN DIV, USARV.
Lawson was killed in action on May 18, 1969 in South Vietnam from small arms fire. He is buried at Lakeview Cemetery in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
