Michael S. Kravchak was born on December 12, 1946. His home of record is Roselle, NJ.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). He was assigned to C Company, 2nd Battalion, 35th Infantry Regiment, 4th Infantry Division.
Kravchak was killed in action on February 27, 1968, in Quang Nam Province.
His numerous decorations and medals include the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal, and the Vietnam Cross of Gallantry with Palm Unit Citation.
