Audeliz Hernandez-Pena was born on June 23, 1946. His home of record is Perth Amboy, NJ. He spent a great deal of his early years at St. Michael’s Catholic Orphanage and School in Hopewell, NJ.
He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). He was assigned to A Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division.
Hernandez-Pena was killed in action on April 11, 1967. He is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
