Patrick F. Campbell was born on November 21, 1946, to Mr. and Mrs. Walter Campbell. His home of record is Fair Lawn, NJ.
Campbell enlisted in the US Marine Corps in early 1966, and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).
Campbell received a gunshot wound to the stomach during action in Quang Tri Province. He was scheduled to be evacuated to Clarke Air Force Base in Manila for proper medical care but died on October 8, 1966, before the transfer was made. He is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
