William Francis Moseley was born on March 10, 1949. His home of record is Mt. Laurel, NJ. While attending Lenape Regional High School, he enlisted in the US Army where he attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). His father was a serviceman for twenty years, and William wanted to do the right thing for his country.
On December 4, 1967, at the age of eighteen, Moseley was killed in action during a battle at the Rach Ruong River.
He was survived by his parents, six brothers, and three sisters.
