Mario Costa was born on February 9, 1950. His home of record is Lafayette, NJ.
He served in the US Marine Corps and attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). Mario started his tour of duty on May 18, 1968.
Costa was killed in action on July 12, 1968 in Thua Thien, South Vietnam. His body was recovered. He is buried in North Hardyston Cemetery, Hamburg, N.J.
