Floyd H. Goff was born on March 31, 1950, to Floyd and Dorothy Goff. His home of record is Englishtown, NJ. He was one of eight children.

Goff served in the US Army and attained the rank of Private (PVT). He was assigned to the 159th Security Guard Company.

Goff was killed in action on February 25, 1971.
