Biography


Robert Moore, Jr. was born on July 14, 1948 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Moore, Sr.  His home of record is Elmer, NJ.  He attended Memorial High School in Vineland, NJ.

He enlisted in the US Army on January 5, 1968 and attained the rank of Specialist 4 (SP4). He trained at Fort Dix and arrived in Vietnam in February.

Moore was killed in action on November 23, 1969. He was survived by his parents and six sisters; Joyce, Darlene, Shirley and Mary Ann Moore as well as Jeanne Lettich and Caroline Eisenhower.
