Biography
Russell G. Garrison was born on December 16, 1945, to Mr. and Mrs. John P. Garrison. His home of record is Elmer, NJ. He had five sisters and one brother. Russell graduated from Woodstown High School in 1964.
He enlisted in the US Army in October 1966, and attained the rank of Specialist 4 (SP4).
In May 1967, Garrison was sent to Vietnam. He was killed in action on September 8, 1967, while on board a helicopter that crashed.
