Eli Grosman
Eli Grosman was drafted into the United States Army in 1966 from his hometown of Floral Park, New York. Eli did his Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and then received Communications Advanced Training at Fort Monmouth in New Jersey. Eli served with the 327th Signal Company which was formed up at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Eli achieved the rank of SP4.
Eli’s unit was sent to Vietnam as part of the 1St Signal Brigade in Long Binh from June 1967 thru May 1968.
He served with the 327th in Can Tho and at Tan Son Nhut Airbase, Saigon as a 32E20 Tropo Scatter Communications specialist.
Today Eli has achieved the rank of retired and he currently lives in Marlboro, New Jersey.
