Biography
Charlie W. Taylor was born on May 25, 1943 to Roy and Helen Taylor. His home of record is Pleasantville, NJ. He graduated from Pleasantville High School in 1961.
Taylor entered the US Marine Corps in 1969 and attained the rank of Lance Corporal (LCPL).
His tour of duty in Vietnam began on July 28, 1970. He served in Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam with Company M, 3rd Batallion, 7th Marines, 1st MARDIV.
Taylor was killed in action on August 17, 1970. He is buried Atlantic City Cemetery.
