Biography
Justin R. Whiting IV was born on January 10, 1943, to Justin R. and Joan Whiting. His home of record is Short Hills, NJ. He had one sister, Gay. He attended Millburn High School.
Whiting enlisted in the US Marine Corps and he attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC).
Whiting was killed in action on August 23, 1969.
Whiting's memory was honored at a public ceremony on May 7, 2004, dedicating a memorial at Millburn High School for former students who died during the Vietnam War.
