Biography
Stephen C. Ruby was born on May 4, 1948, to Charles and Joan Ruby. His home of record is Union Beach, NJ. He had one brother, Greg, and one sister, Joann. Stephen graduated from Keyport High School in 1963 and enjoyed fishing and baseball.
He served in the US Air Force and attained the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSGT).
Ruby was killed in action on November 29, 1971. He is buried in Cedarwood Cemetery in Hazlet, NJ.
He was survived by his wife, Sandra, and his son, Daniel.
