Biography


Jesse C. Felder was born on March 17, 1943.  His home of record is Jersey City, NJ. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Felder and was a graduate of Bethune Memorial and came to Jersey City to live with his sister Mrs. Frank Robinson.

He served in the US Army and attained the rank of Specialist 4 (SP4).

Felder was killed in action on June 29, 1966. He is buried at Old Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Bowman, SC.
